3 Weeks and Counting

I am getting very excited about Louisville. I have been training pretty hard and getting prepped. I have not posted for quite a while. I had a very good Half Ironman on June 7th, 2009 at the Mooseman Triathlon in New Hampshire. I still did not beat the 5 hour mark but came damn close 5:00:35. If I had not stopped to pee on the run I may have made it. The big race is 3 weeks from tomorrow. Getting excited. Hope it will not be too hot and humid. Woo hoo!
